End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to install and use the software on one device at a time. A device change may require deactivation or support assistance.

License duration

Monthly, six-month and annual licenses remain valid for the paid subscription term and renew as stated at checkout. A lifetime license grants continued use of the purchased Manga Translator Studio product line with no recurring license fee; it does not guarantee perpetual online services, third-party services, compatibility with future operating systems or every future separate product.

Restrictions

• Do not sell, rent, sublicense, publish or share the software or key.
• Do not bypass, disable or interfere with activation and security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer except to the limited extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• Do not use the software or infrastructure unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.

Your files and outputs

You retain rights you already hold in your input files and lawful outputs. You may use the Software only with material you own or are legally authorized to process, translate, modify and publish. The license gives no rights in third-party source material and does not verify ownership. You are responsible for permissions, backups, review and lawful distribution.

Third-party components

OCR engines, runtimes, fonts, AI models and other components may be governed by separate licenses. You are responsible for choosing and using compatible third-party models and services in accordance with their terms.

Updates and support

Updates may include fixes, security improvements and feature changes. Lifetime purchasers may receive updates made available for the purchased product line while it is maintained, but no specific update schedule or perpetual development is promised.

Activation and termination

The software may contact the licensing server to activate and periodically validate the license. This EULA terminates if you materially breach it. On termination or refund, use must stop and the software must be uninstalled, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

Warranty and liability

The software is supplied with the legal conformity guarantees and remedies that apply to consumers. Beyond rights that cannot be excluded, no guarantee is made that OCR or translation will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and liability is limited as permitted by law.
