Refund window
A reasonable launch policy is a limited refund window, for example 14 days, if the software cannot run on the customer’s system and support cannot resolve the issue.
Non-refundable cases

- Refund requests after extensive use or abuse.
- Problems caused by copyrighted material, scan quality or unsupported workflows.
Subscriptions
Monthly, 6-month and yearly access should remain active until the end of the paid term unless your checkout provider states otherwise.
