Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. Payments, cancellations and refunds are administered by Paddle, the Merchant of Record.
Cancel automatic renewal
Monthly, six-month and annual plans renew automatically. You may cancel through the Paddle buyer portal before the renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not normally refund the current paid period, which remains active until its end.
Refund requests
Request payment-related assistance through paddle.net using the purchase email and order details. You may also contact support@mangatranslatorstudio.com for technical investigation. Paddle makes and processes refund decisions in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable law.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another protected jurisdiction, you may have a statutory withdrawal right. For immediately supplied digital content, that right may be lost once performance begins after your express request and acknowledgement at checkout. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Defective digital content
If the software is not supplied, is defective or is not as described, contact support promptly with the app version, Windows version, order email and diagnostic details. Mandatory legal conformity remedies remain available.
Effect of refund
When a full refund or chargeback is completed, the related license may be revoked and use must stop. Keep no active copies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

- Applicable rights, refunds and support are governed by this document and local consumer law where required.
