Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms govern the website, free trial, purchases and use of Manga Translator Studio.
Eligibility and acceptance
By downloading, purchasing or using the software, you agree to these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy and applicable checkout terms. Consumers retain all mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders and Paddle
Paid products are sold by Paddle.com as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related buyer support. Purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Plans and automatic renewal
Monthly, six-month and annual plans renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. You may cancel through Paddle before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid term. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Prices and taxes
The checkout shows the final amount, currency, applicable taxes and renewal interval before payment. Local currency conversions and taxes may vary by customer location. No charge is made until the order is confirmed in Paddle checkout.
Trial and delivery
The trial is limited as described on the website. Paid licenses are normally delivered electronically to the purchase email after successful payment. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and retaining the license key securely.
Permitted content
Manga Translator Studio processes images, comics and other materials selected or supplied by the user. You may use it only with content you own or are legally authorized to process, translate, modify and publish. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary copyright, privacy, image-right and publication permissions for source files and outputs. The software grants no rights in third-party material and does not verify ownership or authorization.
AI and OCR output
AI translation and OCR may be inaccurate. Results must be reviewed before professional, public or sensitive use. Compatibility and quality depend on the selected model, source image, hardware and third-party components.
Prohibited conduct
You must not share or resell keys, bypass activation, attack the service, introduce malware, infringe rights, or redistribute the software except where mandatory law expressly permits an act that cannot be restricted.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain licensing and support services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may evolve without removing rights already acquired under an active paid plan. Material contractual changes apply prospectively and will be published.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss. Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their country of residence.
Cancellation, refunds and contact
Cancellation stops future renewals and is different from a refund. Refund and withdrawal information is in the Refund Policy. For software or license support, contact the address above; for payment/order matters use the contact details supplied by Paddle.
